User Research

User Research

User Research

As a team, we each worked to conduct UI/UX research on graduate students. To ensure a well-rounded perspective, I developed open-ended questions to uncover pain points and usability issues within LinkedIn. Additionally, everyone in our team facilitated interviews that ensured detailed and actionable insights were gathered, which I collected to inform design decisions.

A/B Testing & Refinements

This redesign showcases the importance of an iterative design process in solving real-world UX problems. By leveraging user research, wireframing, testing, and iteration, and conducting a final round of A/B testing, I crafted a LinkedIn experience that meets user needs by reducing cognitive load, ensuring graduating students can more effectively connect with job opportunities.
